Pricing: If you have utilized other limousine services, or even called to price shop, you have heard “plus gratuity, plus fuel, plus trip charges” and the list goes on. Capital Region Limousine, Inc. offers a solution that originated with our corporate clients. During an important event, worrying about the actual cost takes away from the importance of your travel. Our up front prices include all fees and gratuities. After June 1, 2009, New York State requires that we charge sales tax on certain types of transportation.
Hourly: 2011 Prices - plus sales tax where applicable, minimum(s) apply:
Luxury Sedan - $65.00 per hour**
SUV - $78.00 per hour**
6 Passenger - $78.00 per hour**
8 Passenger - $85.00 per hour**
10 Passenger - $105.00 per hour**
* Typically our rates are based on a garage to garage pricing structure. The billing starts when the vehicle leaves our facility and stops when the vehicle returns.
Example:
A client needs service from the Albany Airport to Saratoga NY. It would take 20 minutes for the vehicle to get to the airport, 10 minutes to meet the client, 45 minutes to get to the destination and another 45 minutes to return. This would incur 2 hours of billable time.

Airport/Train/Corporate cancellation, wait, additional stop policy:
$100.00 cancellation fee applies to all reservations, the full amount will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Wait time is $1.00 per minute, and additional stops are $15.00 for up to 15 minutes, $1.00 per minute thereafter. Parking and tolls are calculated on an actual basis.
