Capital Region Limousine, Inc. tracks all incoming and outgoing flights insuring timely transportation. You will be picked up by a professional English speaking chauffeur at the location you've specified. Our chauffeurs will help you with any luggage including personal assistance. Upon arrival you will be dropped off at the appropriate curbside terminal, luggage and any personal assistance required will be handled by the chauffeur as well.

Your return service will be just as worry free as the beginning of your transportation. We offer two types of service based on your needs. You can call your chauffeur directly once you have obtained your luggage and be picked up curbside. Or you may choose to be met in the baggage claim area. Because the flights are being tracked your chauffeur will know when the flight has landed and will be holding a sign with your last name. Your chauffeur will assist you with any luggage, need or special request. At the time of booking your transportation we will ask for a contact number and preference on how you would like to be met. You can always contact your chauffeur directly, just call our main line 518-479-2020 and the operator will be able to directly connect you with the chauffeur.

$100.00 cancellation fee applies to all reservations, the full amount will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Wait time is $1.00 per minute, and additional stops are $15.00 for up to 15 minutes, $1.00 per minute thereafter.
