In today's world where everything is fast paced and the term Customer Service is all but gone from business, I stumbled on Capital Region Limousine and Eric a few years ago, and to this day he has no idea how many times in the course of a year, his Company and personal name are spoken by my wife and myself. In a nutshell, there were things in our life that necessitated some time off. We booked a cruise but being a Teacher my wife had to work her schedule around the spring School vacation. I wanted a couple of surprises for her and that is where our story begins. After numerous emails and phone calls with other Limousine Services I had two conversations with Eric, who it should be stated was not the least expensive of the group. We came to agreement on price and service, then our journey began. Please keep in mind wife knew nothing of our plotting behind her back. On the day of our trip, wife had to work till noon. Eric picked me up at home with all the baggage, and we went to the School in his shining and literally sterile stretch limo. When we arrived at the School we parked at the main entrance, it was not long before little heads and big heads could be seen at many windows. A bottle of grape sparkling water was placed on the roof of the limo along with champagne glasses, and Eric in his Tuxedo stood guard awaiting my School Teacher wifes arrival. When she came out of the school her jaw dropped as she had not heard of our arrival. Folks, this is getting very long, suffice to say the tears from her eyes told me Eric and I had made the correct decision. The windows were filled with pointing fingers and fellow Teachers waving as we loaded in and headed for the airport. When we got to the airport we were told to remain in the Limo and were treated as though we had just won the Lotto. Have you ever found it hard to locate a skycap? Try arriving in a stretch limo, they pop out of the walls to get to you! Ok, two weeks later we are flying back to Albany, as we come in on final approach there in the waiting area we see Eric waving up at the plane standing beside his vehicle. We called his cell as were told to do and he was there, full of questions and welcoming us as though we were part of the British Monarchy. We even got the long ride home that day, a wonderful top off to a funtastic holiday. If anyone ever wonders what Limousine service to use in the Capital District, we would stand up and cheer and strongly encourage Eric and his staff, because we know first hand, what it is like to be treated with the utmost in Customer Service. Thank you Eric, for your courtesies and a lifetime of memories.

The service was wonderful! I was concerned because I had requested the car be at my mom's at 2 a.m.! Scott arrived with a smile and a handshake 10 minutes early! It was a very comfortable ride and I arrived at Logan airport in plenty of time for my early flight back to Texas.
